At our Christmas meal we voted once again for this year’s favourite refreshment point for cyclists in the local area. The clear winner (by 13 votes!) was the brilliant Brief Encounter café at Carnforth railway station. The Lunesdale Bakery in Kirkby Lonsdale and The Churchmouse in Barbon were the runners up.
